Meet the Founder

Behind The Raz Co. is Rebecca Gray, an entrepreneur, creative designer, and the founder of The Career Junction, LLC.

The Raz Co. grew out of a year of building, learning, creating, and refusing to stop at one idea.

After building The Career Junction from the ground up - developing the website, creating its brand, working with digital content, exploring e-commerce, and learning the many moving pieces that come with running an online business. Rebecca wanted to create something that allowed her creativity and love of fashion, jewelry, and unique finds to take center stage.

And The Raz Co. was born.

What started as an idea became another brand built from scratch. From the products and collections to the website, branding, photography, descriptions, and customer experience.

The Raz Co. represents more than a store. It's a reminder that you don't have to have everything figured out before you start.

You can learn, build, create, grow, and keep going.

And that's exactly what Rebecca is doing.

The Career Junction and The Raz Co. may serve very different purposes, but they share the same foundation: creativity, independence, curiosity, and a desire to build something of her own.
